One of the best experiences of our trip. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our naturalist Ben was exceptional! Deep knowledge, and patient enough to field every question my 11-year-old threw at him without missing a beat. The views alone are worth it! San Francisco skyline, Angel Island, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate all in one pass. But the whales made it unforgettable. We spotted over eight humpbacks. Eight! Boat was spotless and comfortable throughout. We'll absolutely be back.
