Don't get me wrong, Alcatraz is great, the transportation is great, the audio guide there is great, BUT the Pintours App Guide is just terrible. GPS depending does not work, the voices are google translated, no real people talking, and the numbers of the audio guide chance when you move. Number 2 on land is suddenly number 8 when you're on the island. Just skip this tour, book a normal transportation ticket and use the audio guide provided at Alcatraz Island. Forget pintours app.

Get Your Ride should inform us that we need to go to the information booth to get our tickets. When it was our turn in line to show our Get Your Ride ticket, we were informed that it wasn't the ticket. We had to go to the information booth so they could look us up by name and print our tickets. Had we known, we would have gone to this booth first before getting in line to board the boat.
