I was slightly disappointed by the running times of the buses, they finish late afternoon unlike some places where they run in the evening also. One morning there was a delay to the starting time also which was unfortunate when you only have a couple of days in the city. The guides were great, very friendly and informative. The Alcatraz trip is highly recommended, just a shame about the weather for us!

Easy and accessible, only one issue was booking Alcatraz, you need to book well in advance and they only open on the weekends which we didn't know about until we arrived in San Fransisco, fortunately the great team were able to get us in.
