Die Tour ist maßlos überteuert. Wir haben die Nachtoption gebucht, weil wir gerne auch die Bereiche sehen wollten, die tagsüber geschlossen sind. Die meisten dieser Bereiche waren allerdings dennoch geschlossen, z.B. wegen Umbauarbeiten. Der Preis ist im Vergleich mit anderen Anbietern frech. Wir haben leider vorher den Preis nicht verglichen und so fast das Doppelte bezahlt.

über die Website des Anbieters sollte ein Audioguide herunterzuladen sein was nicht funktioniert hat.Es gab auf Alcatraz selbst aber einen kostenlosen.Wäre gut wenn das beim Anbieter zu erfahren gewesen wäre,dann spart man viel Zeit beim Versuch des herunterladens.

We chose an early evening trip to Alcatraz as felt it would be more atmospheric. And that, it certainly was. Well organised and provided with a simple audio around the facilities. Well organised tour and on leaving we were met with thick fog all around us, so really added a bit more drama! A must do whilst in San Francisco.
