Esperienza interessante, audio guida ben fatta, interessante senza mai essere noiosa. Unica nota negativa dell’esperienza è stata non avere il QR code da mostrare all’ingresso e dover fare la fila con le persone che dovevano acquistare i biglietti, rischiando quindi di perdere il posto all’orario stabilito. Il QR code presente sul biglietto dell’app non è quello richiesto dalla compagnia navale.

Whilst the Ferry and Alcatraz was pretty awesome and would 100% recommend, it was not clear from the guide itself that you had to use the specific ticket shared in order to join the line. As a result, the security at the site sent us into a line to pick up our tickets which we already had. This meant an unnecessary 15 minute queue just to be told we have our tickets and can join the queue. More clarification around this would’ve been advised and was the only blip on a great day out

My experience is really wonderful. My sister is here visiting from Memphis and my cousin from Sacramento and they had a nice time thank you very much. I give you all tens especially since my sister has never been to California until now. Something to talk about for a long time.💞
