Please arrive at the meeting point to redeem your ticket. Tickets cannot be collected in advance; your host will accompany you to the Vatican Museums entrance.
All visitors must pass mandatory airport-style security checks. Seasonal delays may occur, even with priority entrance, and are beyond our control.

Visitors with an official disability card showing more than 75% disability are entitled to free entrance (no ticket required)
Access to the Sistine Chapel is subject to Vatican regulations and official events. It may be closed at without prior notice. Your ticket will still grant access to the Vatican Museums, so partial refunds cannot be issued.
The itinerary shown is suggested only; visitors may explore at their own pace and interests.
The price includes the museum entrance fee (€20+€5 for adults; €10+€5 for children aged 7–18). The remaining amount covers taxes, booking fees, hosted entry, meeting point assistance, and related services.

The guide got us through security and the ticket area. Once you enter you just follow the crowd. I don’t want to see every area of the museum but the there is only one route which ends up in the Sistine Chapel. It was like herding cows the whole way. Way too busy with people clearly just wanting to get to the Sistine Chapel.

This tour was not advertised as a self guide tour which it turned out to be. And it was very very disappointing. The only save was that we went straight to the Sistine Chapel before it became jammed packed
