Faltando 1 hora para el encuentro me escribieron para informarme q el domingo 1nov la entrada era gratuita, que si quería podía hacer la actividad al día siguiente o cancelar la reserva y solicitar reembolso, de inmediato procedí a realizar el proceso sugerido por la empresa y obviamente no se podía cancelar la reserva porque ya había pasado el tiempo que establece la aplicación. En conclusión, no hicieron el tour y tampoco reembolsaron el dinero.
