De gids die ons begeleide tijdens de toer zelf was zeer goed, maar vanaf de bijeenkomst tot het ophalen van de tickets was hopeloos. Eerst laten ze je komen 15min voor de toer naar een rendez vous punt bovenaan onder de grote boom voor een bar. Hier staan 3 grote bomen rond dus zoeken naar de juiste, eens deze gevonden moeten we 20 min wachten om dan terug naar beneden gebracht te worden naar onze contactpersoon die ons dan begeleid naar de ticket office, een tocht terug van 15 min waar we dan nog eens 20 min moeten wachten eer we onze tickets hadden. Dan een snelle toer in de kelder om dan aan een spurt tempo terug naar het Coloseum gebracht te worden waar we dan onze gids onmoeten en dit met groep waar er een kind bij zat. Een heel gedoe dat beter aangepakt kan worden

the guide has good knowledge and ways to break the ice with the group.. weather was hot for the long walk we took to verify tickets then back to the entrance.
