At the entrance you have to show valid ID of all participants including children and infant in order to access the Colosseum;
The entry ticket is valid for the designated entrance time only;
The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill;
There may be a queue to enter the Colosseum due to security checks.

Heel slecht, opa en kleinzoon konden naar binnen maar ik kwam er niet in door een verschil van voornaam in vergelijk met paspoort die van mijn kleinzoon is niet eens naar gekeken. En mijn man had ook zijn roepnaam op ticket staan. Terug naar jullie ticketverkoop die deden er ook niets mee. Kon een nieuw ticket gaan kopen Dit was een domper op ons weekendje weg met onze kleinzoon wat een kado was voor zijn 10e verjaardag. Ik zal ook zeker niet meer boeken via jullie bureau

The directions to the meeting point were unclear, and the phone number provided did not work. We could not get into the colosseum and were refused a refund. Just buy your tickets at the colosseum for €18
