not enjoyable!! the instructions to get to the main building of crown tours were unclear!! afterwards, they just sent us alone at the entrance, ehixh was hard to find and had to wait in line! No guides, i just received a qr code then had to download an app for the audioguide?! this audioguide wasn't working, didn't even receive headphones!! received no explanation about that... i just ended up frustrated and with low battery because of everything i had to download! I would like a refund!! not worth the money, stay away.
