The tour was fantastic and our Guide, Valerio, was the best guide we could’ve had. As an experienced archaeologist, he led the group with great ease and shared great knowledge about each historical site. If I book this tour again, I would definitely want Valerio as my guide again!

A bit disappointing to be honest. I booked for 10am to avoid the hottest part of the day believing to tour was all inside the Colloseum. It was not. Maybe I should have researched this more but the tour description didn’t explain that the forum was away from the Colloseum and all outside without shade. This was the first part of the tour which took us to 12pm. The Colloseum was then booked at 12pm, the hottest part of the day, and we didn’t get in until 12.30. We roasted to death and we couldn’t stay in the Colloseum because it was too hot. So only visiting Rome primarily to visit the Colloseum and paying a lot of money believing we were spending an informative 2.5 hrs in there, we were in there for around 20 mins and had to leave as too hot. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless you want to spend 2hrs walking around the forum.

George was an incredible guide. He was not only very knowledgeable about the history of the places he showed us but he also had personal anecdotes to share which made the experience special.
