The underground and arena‑level tour was excellent, but it’s important to note that Let’s See Italy simply provides the official Colosseum archaeological park ticket. The guided underground tour is delivered by the official museum guide (who was excellent) not LSI. The ticket also includes general access to the standard Colosseum levels and entry to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, including their exhibitions and museum areas. After the underground section, the visit is self‑guided. LSI’s audio guide was confusing, with map letters that didn’t match numbered tracks, so I’d recommend buying the official audio guide instead. Guaranteed entry was the main benefit, and their WhatsApp communication was clear and helpful.
