The gallery has a strict entrance policy at specific time slots
Photography without flash is permitted
For the month of July some Fridays and Saturdays will include Evening timeslots (starting from 19:00), the last entrance will be at 21:45 and the last Exit at 23:00. If you book any other day of the week: The last admission to the museum at will be at 5:45 PM, it includes a 1-hour tour instead of 2 hours, due to closing time. We recommend arriving at the meeting point at 5:30 PM so that you can enjoy a tour lasting at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I was fooled that i have a entrance tickets as stated on documents. Just on site I was informed by personell that it is only e reservation voucher. I was missing any other information prior to visit Borghese museum. I was 10 minutes late and as I tried to call on companys contact phone number as stated on documents but nobody answered. So in the end I lost entrance fee, but I am dissapointed that there was not any communication at time of planned visit. In such case I expect that agent would call the client to get fresh info wether is comming or not.
