  • The gallery has a strict entrance policy at specific time slots
  • Photography without flash is permitted
  • For the month of July some Fridays and Saturdays will include evening timeslots (starting from 19:00); the last entrance will be at 21:45 and the last exit at 23:00. If you book any other day of the week: The last admission to the museum will be at 5:45 PM; it includes a 1-hour tour instead of 2 hours, due to closing time. We recommend arriving at the meeting point at 5:30 PM so that you can enjoy a tour lasting at least 1 hour and 30 minutes

Je ne conseille pas du tout cette expérience, ne passer pas par eux, prenez directement sur le site officiel de la gallerie. Le ticket vaut 18€, ici j’ai payé 62€ pour le ticket et un audio guide, audio guide qui n’etait pas à jour, et c’est cela qui fait que je suis très mécontente, ce n’est pas un mais facilement 5 tableaux qui n'étaient pas présents dans la galerie. Expérience qui doit être améliorée avec l’audioguide. Tres décevant vu le prix payé!

The guide seemed confused. He wasn’t up to date with the set up, seemed lost in what he wanted to talk about. The tour had one break in the middle (around 10 mins) and ended 15 mins ahead of time. Seems we could have used the time better. The guide was sick and coughing to the microphone.

Nous sommes déçus car les explications n etaient pas en fonction des salles et nous devions toujours chercher . Du coup nous n avons pas toujours eu les infos au bon moment et apprécié le beau musée

DO NOT BOOK THE 17:30 SLOT! There isn't enough time to complete the whole tour. We didn't even complete half of the rooms before everyone was being asked to leave. The art work itself is amazing, and well worth seeing, but you HAVE TO book an earlier time! Make sure you have phone battery, as the guide is an app. And bring earphones, as none is provided.
