Vores tur blev aflyst, i det øjeblik i trådte ind i Colosseum, og vi bliver direkte vist ud! Inden forklaring på hvorfor tur er aflyst og inden mulighed for at komme ind på en anden måde. Vi var nødt til at købe nye billetter og nyde Colosseum uden en guide.

How was your tour???? What tour? The guide (TNT enterprises) never showed. Did not call or text. Would not answer or calls or texts. Contacted Her your guide. Was told they would check into it. As of yet.... no response from them. Out the cost of tour, time, and experience of the coliseum. Spent more money on another tour which was nothing like what we were suppose to recieve. So in other words....it sucked. I'm still angry.

Absolutely terrible!! We only had one day in Rome and were at the meeting point one hour ahead of start time. The guide never showed up and would not respond to our messages or calls. Get Your Guide customer services tried to talk and message with them. They would not talk to them either. Do not book with this company named T&T Empire. They use a yellow flag with a black T on it.
