This tour was exceptional! Definitely recommend the underground part of the Colosseum. It was fascinating!! Our guide was organized and very informative. I only wish he could have spoken more clearly and slowly as I feel like we missed some of the things he was saying.

Guide was fantastic. I would have given 5 stars but as as order reviewers have said, the company that operates this needs to work on their customer service manner. They changed the time of our tour and when I asked if we could keep the same time the response was rude and unhelpful from someone called Elisa. They also message you through WhatsApp so the messages can’t be tracked by GYG.
