The guide ? Jovani was very good and enthusiast. It seems the organiser oversold tickets and the underground component was cancelled at short notice even though I had booked months in advance. I felt this was unfair as I could have tried for this ticket by a direct booking but unable to do this with such short notice.

The tour company canceled our underground portion of the tour about a week before the tour. We were not able to find another that close to the date. The tour guide was amazing and I would take a tour with her again but I am cautious of the tour company.
