It was awful, we were not allowed in because my churchnames were not on the voucher and had to wait 25 minutes for a manager. You should make your this more clear on the form. I am a 65 year old woman and I could show numerous social media pages with the name that I provided. Its not mentioned clearly on the form. Besides that, you all know very well that there are only a couple of young people that check the vouchers at the Colloseum. Nobody looked at my ID, nobody. I did not need to be reprimanded to tears by your manager.
