Man muss wissen, dass man sich trotz des Tickets ganz normal anstellen muss. Die Arena ist einfach eine Plattform mehr, die nicht sonderlich groß ist. Der Mehrpreis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Tickets haben im Original 24 Euro gekostet und waren für Kinder frei. Wir haben für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder insgesamt 200 Euro gezahlt.

1. I purchased trying to save money from the. cruise. The cruise port is an hour and a half away by train. It then takes a Subway and another train to get to the colosseum or a taxi. This is not their fault. They give you 15 mins to find them or forfeit and loose your money. The issue is, they do not provide you with upfront tickets. You have to track everyone down. I called the number 3 times while standing in line and the ticket agent called with NO answer. They were willing to let me in if I had a ticket. After 5 calls and 40 mins, I get someone who tells me the guide will call me. The person did call, however was not in the meeting location and the operator that was willing to let us through was no longer there. The next operator would not let us pass, said to get a refund and purchase from them. The company refused any compensation. Better: 1. Answer the phone when customers call. 2. Have the guide stay in their place 3. Call the customer if they don't show up offer solutions

Ok. Audioguiden var egentlig god men der gik lige lidt tid inden vi fandt ud af hvordan vi skulle bruge den. Wikipidia med oplæsning havde været lige så godt - så pengene til audioguiden kan sagtens spares.
