Everything was top notch. To get from airport to hotel after a tiring day of travel, so many things can go wrong. Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall holding our name on a sign, so we immediately felt at ease. He was English speaking, which was helpful as we don’t speak Czech. He provided us bottles of water, a map of the local area, and gave us tips on getting around the beautiful city of Prague. I would definitely use this service again.
