It has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. The town has been bustling since medieval times, and the historical center is exquisitely preserved. Krumlov Castle is the second biggest in Bohemia, after Prague Castle. This jewel attracts visitors from all over the world. (The castle is closed from 31st October - 21st March; but you can still climb to the tower and see historical exhibition onsite except Mondays). Later, dine at one of the local pubs or restaurants for lunch, where you can enjoy the local food and drinks. Explore Cesky Krumlov with the convenience of a professional driver-guide. You will get the highlights of the town, local culture, and history. You can explore at your own pace, saving time for souvenir shopping if you wish. If you are finished early, you also have the option of adding the nearby town of Ceske Budejovice or Hluboka castle to your tour. If there are fewer than 3 participants, the tour may be canceled. Jay was our guide. He was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable about Prague, European history, Cesky Krumlov and much more. The drive was great, he makes a brief pitstop on the way which is helpful if you had coffee for breakfast and need to use a restroom. Very considerate. He gave us great insight about the castle upon our arrival. I would recommend this trip over using the train or Flexibus. Worth every Czech Koruna. Absolutely recommend it.

We had a delightful day trip to Cesky Krumlov. Our driver & tour guide, Jaroslav, did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to schedule day trips in the region. He was knowledgeable, competent, very friendly, and helpful.
