It is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. The town has been bustling since medieval times, and the historical center is exquisitely preserved. Krumlov Castle is the second biggest in Bohemia, after Prague Castle. This jewel attracts visitors from all over the world. (The castle is closed from 31st October - 21st March; but you can still climb to the tower and see historical exhibition onsite except Mondays). Later, dine at one of the local pubs or restaurants for lunch, where you can enjoy the local food and drinks. Explore Cesky Krumlov with the convenience of a professional driver-guide, you will get the highlights of the town, local culture, and history. You can explore at your own pace, saving time for souvenir shopping if you wish. If you are finished early, you also have the option of adding the nearby town of Ceske Budejovice or Hluboka castle to your tour. If there are fewer than 3 participants, the tour may be canceled. Cesky Crumlov is het bezoeken meer dan waard. Er is heel veel te zien en te doen. Er zijn veel leuke winkeltjes met lokale artikelen en producten. Er zijn ook veel restaurants en cafes om even wat te eten en drinken. Onze gids en chauffeur Jaroslav verdient een groot compliment. Hij heeft ons veel verteld over de geschiedenis van Cesky Crumlov, het oude dorp en het kasteel. Met Jaroslav is de communicatie heel makkelijk, hij is zeer relaxed en laat ook alle ruimte aan zijn gasten. Daarnaast is hij een prima chauffeur die ons op tijd bij ons hotel heeft opgehaald en ook weer thuis heeft gebracht. Dank daarvoor Jaroslav. Groeten Eric, Arina, Rachael en Abigail.

Comfortable ride, small group of 7 in total. Our driver and guide Jay is friendly and helpful. We have enough time to have lunch and spend our time freely in town.

The guide was average and we had a full trip of 8 people in the car. Guide knew his information and communicated it to us, but didn’t have the same passion and desire to connect as guides we have had on other tours. We could have used more time in the town, this tour is a shorter time than others. If I did again, I would choose one with more time (3-4 hours) as we had 2.5 hours on our own to explore after a 1 hour guided tour, and we could have used more as one interior castle tour is an hour on its own.

We had a very nice trip to Cesky Krumlov with Rasti as our driver and guide. The pickup from our place was timely and with good communication upfront. We were a small group of 5 people, which allowed for a quick stop upon request in Cesky Budejovice. Due to traffic we even had another short stop in Holasovice on the way back. Rasti was able to give us some insights on the area, not only on Cesky Krumlov, which was much appreciated. CK is very beautiful. Our only regret is we didn't have more free time to explore the city, but was clear upfront from the itinerary.

We had an outstanding trip to Cesky Krumlov with Rasti. He was so knowledgeable and interesting. He also planned his tour so that it involved more downhill walking than uphill walking for everyone- which was great. His insights about the area were illuminating, we were never rushed, and we would highly recommend him as a top choice guide for anyone going to Cesky Krumlov.
