How it works: Arrival - please arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before departure at František Embankment, Pier 16 (or as instructed in the confirmation). Check-in - before boarding, please exchange your QR code from a boarding ticket. Settle in - choose a seat on the covered deck or outside deck (depending on the boat and weather). On the boat there is a audio guide with 4 languages (English, Germany, Spanish and Czech). Set sail - the ship heads past the Rudolfinum, under Charles Bridge, with views of Prague Castle, Kampa and the historic Old Town waterfront. The crew keeps a relaxed pace for photo ops. The purchased boat ticket includes 2 drinks per person (beer, wine, soft drinks of your choice). Snacks and food it is possible to purchase. PLEASE NOTE: free drink cards are not acceptable on Kamina Boat only on Maria Croon. Return - after approximately 60 minutes inluding boarding and disembarking. During the cruise, the customer is required to behave in a manner that does not damage the operator’s property or disturb other passengers. Customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs who behave in a disruptive manner may be denied participation in the cruise without the right to a refund, in accordance with Section 15.4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Decepcionante. El recorrido es desde donde lo coges hasta el puente de Carlos y volver, ves cosas que se ven desde el borde del Río en 10min andando. Encima dura 40min el viaje no 1h como dice. Un caos para subir, desorden y mala organización. Las bebidas que te dan están calientes y obviamente no te da tiempo a beberte las dos que ofrecen por persona… totalmente prescindible y poco sitio en el barco, si no entras de los primeros te toca dentro que hace un calor terrible o de pie. Si te consigues sentar la gente que está de pie te tapa.

Man ist nur ganz kurz durch die Gegend geschippert. Richtig richtig viel zu sehen, gibt es nicht. Das Personal auf dem Boot war nett, die Frau, die den Einlass macht, war furchtbar.

Boat was not clearly marked and queue/checking in process non existent. x2 free drinks were only for beer or wine which was not made apparent when placing booking. Boat was clean and tidy and cruise itself was ok. limited number of bar staff so be prepared to wait a while on service. overall would not recommend this particular activity, vast choice of other boats which may be better overall.
