The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour starts a few minutes later).
Please do not go directly to the Versailles Palace. Instead, come to the meeting point to meet your guide
Arriving on time is essential. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or guaranteed access to the Palace, and rescheduling fees will apply
From Paris, take the train to "Versailles Château Rive Gauche" and buy a Metro-Train-RER ticket. Plan your route in advance using your navigation app (the journey takes about 1 hour)
During peak season, the palace can be crowded and there may be a short wait at the group entrance due to safety controls
The palace gardens are free only from November to March, with no garden tickets needed. (Prices are adjusted accordingly) There are no fountain shows during this period.

Although we had booked fast-track admission, we had to stand in the sun for 45 minutes because the tickets had not been purchased in advance but had to be collected from the group ticket office and printed out. The printers were not working, so we had to wait. Many other groups already had tickets and passed us by. Why wasn't this handled differently?
