The meeting point was easy and the team was easy to find. We quickly met our guide William. He communicated expectations very well and kept the entire logistical experience simple. We had some unexpected hiccups during our tour and he navigated it so incredibly well. The tour was beautiful and fun. Loved it!!

I am so thankful we decided to go with a guided tour. It was an impossibly busy experience that would not have worked had we not had the expertise of a local guide. The line was at least 1.5 hours that we skipped with the guided tour, and navigating the hordes of people without a guide would have been a nightmare. Even with a guide it nearly made the trip unenjoyable because of the insane number of people. However, with a guide we were able to focus on what is important which was seeing the palace and understanding its history. .
