There is no indication on the ticket that you enter. The chapel itself was a large set of stairs.

We had a disappointing experience. We arrived early as directed and there were large crowds, and it was not clear what line we were supposed to be in. Evidently we were in a line that said "if you have already purchased tickets stand here", the line hardly moved. There was really no one ask for help, as our time was running out on the ticket, I did go online and use the app to text someone. They were very responsive, but really couldn't help us or send a voucher for a later time. After being in line for over an hour, we decided to leave. There was a man letting a group in and I showed him our vouchers and he begrudgingly let us in, even though our entry time expired. I don't think this was Get Your Guides problem, but lack of organization at Saint Chappelle.
