The email did not have a pdf-we searched hi and low for the guide and never did find the guide. If we had not talked to the people at the entrance we would have not gotten in that day. The third person is the person who told us we needed a pdf and even if we didn’t meet with guide we were still able to get into louvre. Had to make two phone calls to get an email with pdf that even allowed us into louvre Paid for a guided tour and we ended up doing it on our own. Terrible service for this tour
