All visitors must pass through airport-style security.
You must be able to walk and climb stairs to take the tour as we cannot accommodate people in wheelchairs or mobility impairment (this is due to the museum's elevators location).
Please DO NOT go straight to the museum's entrance, meet the guide at the meeting point
Any children joining must be booked on the tour
During the summer, the Louvre is busier than usual due to the large number of visitors
There may be a wait of up to 20 minutes at the security check-in during peak season
If you are late, we will not be able to issue you with a ticket as this is a group booking
This tour is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
Once you have exited the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot re-enter the rooms
Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them
