Really fun class. The space where it's taught is roomy and comfortable. Chef was friendly and directions were clear. We took home quite a bit of pastry which was delicious! don't be alarmed that the meeting place looks like a deserted alley--they pop out a door that looks like a wall just a little after the appointed time!
