Der Guide (Manuela) war sehr sympathisch und nett. Sie hat deutlich und in einem guten Zempo gesprochen, so dass wir als nicht gut Englischsprechenden fast alles verstanden haben. Uns hat auch gefallen, dass wir nach der ersten Ebene dann auch alleine weiter den Turm erkunden konnten. Preislich bestimmt gerechtfertigt, dennoch recht kostenintensiv. Gut fand ich, dass im Büro persönliche Dinge "geparkt" werden konnten. Service und Freundlichkeit 1+ ....gerne wieder
