Meeting point is your starting point — head to our shop to check in and collect your Eiffel Tower ticket. Do not go directly to the tower.
Your host speaks English — they'll be ready to welcome you and get you set up.
Arrive on time — late arrivals cannot be accommodated and tickets are non-refundable on the day of the visit.
The duration of the Eiffel Tower visit can vary between 1 - 1.5 hours depending on the security queues.
You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. Waiting times can be long on busy days
Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators.
