We started the tour 30 minutes late and the staff member kept trying to get us to download the translating app even though I kept telling them I preferred English, which was the guided tour language. The guide was also okay. She was not that engaging and stopped us at inconvenient spots and felt like she could’ve have given more information. Overall was disappointed with the tour. The tour was too short.. 1 hour is too short for the Louvre, there are more essentials that can be talked about within the Louvre. It's the largest museum in the world. I’ve done other museum tours that were 2 hours and it felt much more appropriate in length. I did not like my experience

Tour guide was nice but rushed through everything and started the tour out by stating how many tours she was doing that day and how tired she was and was ready to go home.

Your was good. Not a very visible spot for unfamiliar people to find. We waited over 40 mins for a couple to find the spot delaying our day. Review the meeting point instructions. We did multiple tours at multiple locations. Tour guide was good but we were left at Mona Lisa. There are many other attractions that could have made it amazing. Still a good tour. Hard to do in one day much less a few hours. Still a good tour.

Tour was perfect! Learned lots of new information on Versailles and the town. The tour guide was very efficient, making sure we had plenty of time to enjoy Versailles and took pictures for the group! He was easy to follow and very welcoming!

O grupo não é pequeno, demora muito tempo pra organizar e poder entrar no museu, por isso a guia vai muito rápido e vc quase não consegue apreciar as coisas que ela tá falando
