Everything was wonderfully organized. Our guide, John, met us and led us up the tower. He told us a lot about the history of the construction of this wonder of the world. Everything was great!

Terrible! Was shut out. I booked/paid online in April for June events. Downloaded the GYG app. So far, so good. Shortly thereafter, our planned schedule changed. I requested a change via GYG (from June 16 to June 17 Eiffel Tower summit tour.). Was told it was ok by Nico at Qualium, the tour provider, but it must be at 8:30 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. That was ok with us and they verbally confirmed the change. They wrote to say we were definitely changed to the new date/ time but they couldn’t physically send a new ticket. We were “ on the list” and should just show up. I printed the conversation as backup. I reconfirmed via message several times when GYG kept sending messages with the wrong date. I always replied with the explanation and screenshot of their revised confirmation via Nico. When we arrived at the gathering spot, we were denied participation in the tour for which we paid $256 in April. All we were offered was that GYG ( not Quallium) would refund. Terrible!

It was nice to be able to cut some of the lines, and have someone tell us where to go and take us up to the 2nd level. He did not accompany us to the summit, but he gave us instructions which were helpful. Our guide could have provided a bit more information while we were walking to the Eiffel Tower from the meeting point, and it would have been nice if he had made a stop for pictures on the bridge. Overall it was a good experience!

Very good experience, and guide was delightful. Price is a bit steep for service delivered however.
