The description was fault and google versus Apple Maps showed different locations. I could not enter the tour. The customer service was not helpful and could not give me the number of the tour guide.

Joseph was such a wealth of knowledge! I cannot imagine hopping on the ferry and looking at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island without his guidance. I learned so much history and fun anecdotes. He makes sure you do everything in a timely manner and has loads of tips to maximize your free time in the tour. It was a very impactful visit.

Our tour guide was Mindy and she was literally nyc as a person. It was very informative but please be aware this tour doesn't include Ellis island. The ferry does go there but the guide is only for the Statue of Liberty. My fault for not reading though lol
