Then, sail over to Governors Island, an island once reserved only for the city's dignitaries that now hosts summer concerts and public art. Then, fly over Ellis Island and see Lady Liberty shining brightly in the distance. Cruise right up to her eye for a new perspective of the Statue of Liberty. Enjoy all this before heading up the Hudson past the piers of Chelsea and the lights of Broadway. On your way back to the pier, head around the Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge, and fly over Ground Zero where you can have a look at the exceptional work they're doing at the site. Continue past Madison Square Garden and the Intrepid Air and Space Museum. See Central Park as your flight turns around to return to the heliport. Narrated audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Most terrible experience I have ever had, this was a 21st birthday present for my boyfriend and it was supposed to be a special moment in New York. We was supposed to do the helicopter tour at 6pm but the company had to move it to 2pm due to not being able to fill the helicopter. We was paired with a family of 2 adults and 3 children who screamed the whole time down the headset meaning we could not hear the tour guide. I was sat in the front with the pilot whilst my boyfriend was sat in the back, the parents were slapping the kids the whole helicopter ride, climbing over my boyfriend and making it a horrible experience. I called the company straight away after this to explain how bad the experience was, they had advised me to email for this to be sent to management. We did the helicopter ride on 17 August and sent the email the same day. I am till this day still waiting on a reply with is appalling. This has left me to leave this bad review, do not book with this company.
