The food was actually good quality and tasty but most courses were lukewarm at best. The bus was freezing cold and many started putting on coats whilst eating. The cost just said “it’s cold outside, that’s why it’s cold in here!” Very disappointing and would certainly not recommend. He only came up twice to the customers to say where we were on the tour certainly not as expected. VERY DISAPPOINTING- please avoid… pick a nice restaurant and book a hop on hop of bus as it will save you so much money and be far better than this “faulty towers” experience

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience, as I believe there are areas that require improvement To begin, guests were instructed to arrive by 7:00 PM; however, the bus arrived late. As a result, we were left waiting outside in 31-degree weather, despite arriving on time. This caused unnecessary discomfort and should be addressed moving forward. Once on the bus, the overall appearance and condition of the bus itself were very nice. Unfortunately, our seating experience was uncomfortable due to a window at our table that was not properly sealed, allowing cold air to blow in continuously. We notified the waiter and requested that the window be closed, but we were told that it could not be fixed and that no alternative seating was available. Given the ongoing discomfort, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager did respond and attempted a temporary fix by taping the window and placing a napkin in the opening.

Was great to see New York at night in the panoramic bus where we had front seats on the top layer. This location on the bus gave some great views of the city accompanied by exceptionally good food.

Ivan and Bianca were amazing. Bianca the chef came up and sang happy birthday to my daughter for her 7th birthday and I even got a birthday dessert for my BIRTHday! Ivan was an amazing host with lots of good information about the tour! I would recommend the experience to anybody.
