The Brooklyn Immersive tour operates daily (Monday–Sunday) and departs at 2:00 PM from Big Bus Tour Stop #1 (M&M's World, 7th Ave & W 48th St). The experience lasts approximately 3 hours. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to redeem your booking with a uniformed Big Bus Tours staff member, as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-seated basis.
Brooklyn Immersive Tour will be temporarily suspended from 13 June to 19 July 2026. During this period the customers will be offered the Night Tour as an alternative.

Firstly to get onto the uptown tour bus we waited for 1/2hour which was such a waste of time..the frequency should be more. Secondly the commentary was not at all clear and it was very fast..couldn’t understand quite a few things and the bus wasted a lot of time at the pick up and drop off points and drove past many attractions very fast before we could figure out where it was we had already driven off..needs to improve a lot.

nous avons reservé le tour pour 48h, nous avons prévu la ligne rouge samedi, ligne bleu dimanche, mais le lendemain le tour de la ligne bleue etait annulé sans prévenie mm leur agent n'avait pas idée et ns etions à l'arret plus d'une heure en attente de son arrivée
