Description

New York City: Top of the Rock Observation Deck Ticket

Believe the hype. Nestled at the height of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Top of the Rock’s three levels of indoor and outdoor observation decks deliver spectacular, unobstructed views of the city skyline. With terraces facing east, west, north, and south, Top of the Rock’s panoramic sights make it the ultimate observation deck in NYC. Soaring 70 floors above Rockefeller Center, it’s one of the top things to do in New York City. The journey begins as you enter 30 Rockefeller Plaza, where you’ll be greeted by the stunning Swarovski chandelier. Your adventure continues in the newly reimagined Welcome Gallery, a space where you can capture memories with photo opportunities at iconic Rockefeller Center locations, and marvel at a dynamic 10-foot model of the entire campus. From there, enjoy a multisensory film that brings the history and vision of this beloved landmark to life, before stepping into the high-speed elevator for a thrilling 43-second ride to the 67th floor. Once you reach the observation decks, get ready to be amazed by the expansive 9,500 square feet of outdoor space—making Top of the Rock the largest outdoor viewing area of any New York City observatory. While at Top of the Rock, enjoy a visit to The Weather Room Café & Bar on the 67th floor, where you can savor locally-sourced fare such as artisanal sandwiches, mezze plates, and cocktails. Open late until midnight, The Weather Room offers a perfect spot to relax and take in sweeping views of Central Park and the city skyline. Upgrade your visit with The Beam Experience at Top of the Rock to step into history and recreate the famous “Lunch Atop a Skyscraper” photo from 1932, with an exhilarating ascent on a 12-foot beam that rotates 180 degrees. This heart-pounding experience lets you feel like one of the fearless ironworkers as you take in spectacular views of the city and Central Park. You can also choose the VIP Top of the Rock Pass, your all-access ticket to an unforgettable visit—featuring exclusive lounge check-in, skip-the-line entry, a guided tour of the observation decks, access to SKYLIFT, a private Beam Experience, a champagne toast at The Weather Room, Photo Pass, and 20% off at the Top of the Rock Shop.
