it was amazing trip it should be expedienced even once . driver was so gentleman.trip eas so joyfyll but: tour leader was awefull a lady who i dont know her name .our name was not in the list.sge just wanted to let us in the street in the event that it was not our problem. thanks to other guide just took us.but she was so impolite, unprofessional and started to even cight with everybody in the train and her colleague, aggressive and shouting. created a mess in that romantic train. no water compleamentry in the bus! the tour was not ontime!we lost alot of time any i wont recomment this ompany anymore!

Emma was a very knowledgeable guide. Her English was very good. Overall the trip met all our expectations. The views were amazing, we got so many nice pics. Highly recommend this tour

Brilliant day out , fantastic guide and driver , very well planned out and the lunch recommendation was great we had a lovely meal very well priced , definitely a must do day trip

Poor communication from guide Luis. Luis and Monica were arguing about passengers seating in front of customers. Guide Luis did not explain meeting points until asked. Poor experience.

Thanksfullness, we had a professional and experienced knowledgeable Tour Guide Monica who english is well with good communication easy to understand her instructions very clearly, mainly overall she has a gentle character with good tone of control and managed the whole big group with eased and smoothness.
