We didn't get the things promised in the outline of the trip. There was no break stop, we didn't get leisure time in Tirano and there was no walking along a well guided trail. The train ride itself was the only redeeming part of what I was sold. You should adjust the price if what you outline is not delivered.

Overall an excellent trip. It would have been helpful if the guide had turned up on time which meant that we were running late which meant the guide was not able to stick to the plan and there was very little time to get to the train. No breaks not even enough time for a comfort break or a stop for refreshments. The train was amazing and wish we had more time at St Moritz

This trip is absolutely stunning! We spent a lovely day admiring the beauty of the Alps! Bernina is so exciting and the views are just amazing! It must be seen! In the winter Alps are so beautiful and the lakes are frozen and all is white as a fairytale! Our time in St. Moritz was great, we succeeded in getting souvenirs, walking the centre, eating some local street food, buying a chocolate and even walking on the frozen lake. The activity is perfectly timed and organised! And now for our guide Luca. Luca is absolutely the best! He was so kind, explaining such interesting information about the landmarks and the Italian culture! He gave us great tips for having a lovely time! We are very thankful to him for the great day and unforgettable memories! And also thanks to our driver Sandy-he is the best! We were there while the preparation for Olympic Games 2026 and there was a traffic and the city was busy. Even though thanks to Sandy we succeeded in timing perfectly! Totally recommend it!

Bottom line: it was excellent overall. It’s important to know that this is a trip with a lot of sitting. The bus ride from Milan to Tirano takes about 2.5 hours, then the train ride is about 2 hours, and finally the bus back to Milan takes around 3.5 hours. The train itself is an incredible experience, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend preparing an audiobook or music to really enhance the atmosphere while enjoying the scenery. What I didn’t like: I felt there was an intense time pressure throughout the tour. The guide gave very little free time in St. Moritz. Bathroom breaks were rushed and tightly timed. We also returned to Milan very early (around 6:00 PM), which made the tour significantly shorter than promised. Overall, there was a constant feeling of needing to hurry—rushing back, finishing quickly, and trying to squeeze everything in.
