The activity itself including the guide and the transportation were fine. The issue is that the description of the activity is not fully accurate. The title should clearly state "Villa Balbianello Gardens ONLY". I only realized that the tour doesn't include the villa itself when I received a confirmation after the cancellation that stated "no indoor visit". This information should be included in the activity description. If I did it over I would choose a tour with a guided visit to the villa and more description of what we were seeing on the lake. The recommended phone audio guide had nothing to do with the sites we saw and was a waste of time to download.

Our guide was great. I just loved being on the water and the boat was nice. Villa Balbianello was pretty , but just okay for me. Whole boat/ villa package was good price.

Although this was booked as a shared tour, it ended up being just my husband and me, so it felt like a private experience. Matteo arrived right on time, and it was very easy to find him. He stayed in touch through WhatsApp, which made everything seamless. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and made the tour even more enjoyable. They also provide access to a website with a self-guided audio tour, which was a nice bonus and added interesting history and context throughout the visit. Villa Balbianello was absolutely stunning and is a must-visit. We booked the 10:00 a.m. tour, and it was already quite busy. Overall, I recommend this experience.
