Firstly, they didnt have my booking and we're refusing entrance until I showed them thay o had paid over £200 for three people. Inside, the chairs and sofas were filthy, as were the carpets and the food was bland and cold!

be careful booking as I was advised that this was a new company and if the lounge was full I wouldn't be allowed access. this was very disappointing as I had paid my money and received confirmation of entry. fortunately it wasn't full and I did receive access.
