Our service is designed to help you avoid crowded bus stations and the stress of public transport, so you can start your cruise holiday without any transport worries. Your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up via email, text message, or WhatsApp. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage. Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the confirmed pick-up time. Your driver will meet you there, assist with your luggage, and take you directly to Dover Cruise Port. A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included at the pick-up location. If passengers do not show within 15 minutes, extended waiting fees apply per 15-minute slot from £12.50. A no-show is declared after 30 minutes, and a refund will not be possible. This service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London may be subject to an additional fee. Luggage allowances: Saloon/Executive/Luxury (2 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons), MPV (4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 4 carry-ons), Large MPV/Business MPV (6 passengers, 6 suitcases, 6 carry-ons).
