Very basic and despite the cost, what was on offer was limited. A fire alarm meant the lounge was evacuated with no direction from the disinterested staff who did not have a clue. I can’t imagine what would have happened if the place was actually on fire. No fire Marshall or directions to meeting points etc. So despite up front booking and payment the little experience we had was poor and incomplete as we were not in a position to re enter the lounge after quite a wait as we had a flight to catch. Coming from a strong customer service background this was a poor example. I will be contacting the Premium Lounge direct with my concerns/complaint.

Only good value for people wanting to drink alcohol. Food very basic, just various stews with rice, & few salad items. This was between 11.30-1pm. Not sure if any different food at other times of day. Quite peaceful just to chill out though
