We likes very much a tour from local volunteer
Extraordinary and extremely immersive attraction
Excellent
Very interesting afternoon
The War Museum was great, but Vox City was a disaster. First they told us printed tickets was "preferred," then said it was required, and after I wasted time getting a printout, then it turned out when we got there that a printed copy wasn't needed after all! But the worst was when we got to the War Museum at around 12:10;pm . We were told that we could enter, but I explained we were waiting for a Vox City guide. She called over a man who claimed to be from Vox City and he told us to go inside. "What about the Political Tour I had booked and paid for? He assured us it would be ok and accompanied us down to the Museum. Our tickets were accepted, we were given museum audio headsets. "What about the Political Tour we booked and paid for?" "You can only get that outside ," he said. I could not believe it. So we had to use the regular headset rather than the Political London audio through my own headset and phone. Very hard to hear. Horrid experience. Want a refund for the audio tour!
We really enjoyed this tour with priority entry ( the back entrance). Our guide Alex was informed and helpful. , guiding us into the most interesting areas. After Alex assid his goodbye. You can stay in the museum for as long as you want Please allow at least a few hours to explore as we had booked another tour in town and didn’t have enough time to see everything we wanted. Highly recommended from 2 50 year olds Aussies
