Plaza Premium Lounge. Terminal 5. Heathrow. I have been in many airport lounges all over the world and this one was worse than the worst canteen you can imagine. There was not a great deal of choice for a main meal and what there was was almost inedible. Forget getting a piece of cake etc because there was none, your choice was bright red jelly --- take it or leave it. so that's what I did, I left it. This is supposed to be a Premium lounge, it was nothing of the sort. I chose this lounge over the other offering thinking I was treating my daughter to something nice, it turned into a real embarrassment. I will ensure that in my future world travels I will never book a Plaza lounge again !!

The lounge is good, had seating and unlimited food/drinks. The food is basic but filling. Would recommend

Items weren’t replenished on the buffet, bottles of spirits were empty along with the fridge of mixers. At one point there were no glasses. Very average.
