very little choice of food. no bowls for the porridge or fruit and yogurt asked for a bowl three times and waited 10 minutes in the end I asked for a wine glass to put the fruit and yogurt in. i asked the bartender for a bowl and he said it wasn't his department i waited another 5 minutes and spoke to the bartender again who said he was serving someone and i would have to wait, he had if fact make up the young women's drink and was busy chatting to her. I had been stood next to him fir 10 minutes at that point. the sitting area was small and it was hard to find anywhere to sit. never go there again

a little disappointing on the food front - expected more from a ‘lounge’ - felt the food deflated the experience - friendly staff and didn’t feel rushed

Only downsize was as we were early we paid extra £48 for extra 2 hrs when only needed a extra hour but was told it goes by flight time. Our flight at 11 we needed to board at 10 but would allow us to pay for a hour. Overall was £100 for 3 hours Given that you’d spend that on drinks in airport.

We went for breakfast in the lounge, it was busy with few seating options. The choice of breakfast options was poor, worse than what you’d expect from a holiday inn., The food what was there was cold. If you’re simply looking for somewhere to sit and escape the hustle and bustle then it’s ok but other than that very expensive for what it is
