So. I arrived at the entrance desk for No1 lounge and there was a queue of people with one woman on the desk. She was angrily shouting at people as I arrived. She looked up at me and I showed her my QR code, she then shouted at me and a couple behind me that the QR is only a reservation not a booking, I said surely that’s the same thing. She shouted back at us that they are too busy and we should go next door to the other lounge. When I walked off with the other couple we both were shocked at how rude the woman was at No1 lounge. This is not what is expected at the start of a holiday! She was exceptionally rude and I would not book No1 ever again. I will say the lounge next door were lovely and very welcoming.
