Had to go away and wait as told the lounge was full . Not enough time spent in lounge for fee - by the time you have to drop your bag off and then have to get through security which took a while then having to wait again to get into the lounge. By the time we were called back we had less 50mins before we had to leave for our boarding. Once inside the staff were lovely and the good choice was good. Would not do again if travelling with hold luggage as too little time spent there.

Once I’d explained to the staff that my son was neurodivergent the whole experience was amazing and I dealt with very understanding staff

Poor quality food. People sleeping on the couches. Not up to usual quality of lounge I’m used to. Would not book again Food poor quality and cold even when recently replenished as a result I didn’t eat. Very poor

I found the gatwick lounge quite chavy. I thought it was gonna be some sort of exclusive lounge, but anyone was allowed in there. Alot of chavs, not classy at all. Also the food was awful the plates super tiny.
