The tour itself was enjoyable, but the company's service was disappointing. We specifically booked the earliest slot (9:00 AM) to maximize our time exploring Cambridge. However, our plans were disrupted when the tour operator delayed our start to 9:45 AM, claiming a staff shortage. In reality, it felt like our slot was pushed because there were only two of us and it wasn't profitable enough for them—especially since a competing company set off right on time at 9:00 AM with just two passengers. I wouldn't recommend this operator. If you can't honor scheduled times, don't offer them.

Henry was an excellent guide, very informative and entertaining. The trip is short but covers the main colleges along the backs effectively. We had a very good time, and would definitely recommend to first time Cambridge visitors.
