After a long flight to Dubai and red wine poured over me by a fellow passenger 4 hours, a hot shower and breakfast in the lounge was most welcome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman attending to the cleaning of the showers was a very happy, smiley and pleasant man. Thank you 🥰

Do not book. Will turn you away for not booking correctly and take your money. person at desk was no help and not amenable to their issue. Dont put a service on an app if it doesnt work and you arent going to honor it.

the lounge was not what I expected it was just a lobby outside an entrance to an airport hotel but to be fair it is going through refurbishment so not sure if this is the set up normally it would have been nice to know this before booking I would have booked something else
