Absolut katastrophal, eigentlich Null Sterne. Ich habe im März Tickets gebucht, gestern nach fast 3 Stunden warten an 3 verschiedenen Haltestellen zufällig erfahren, dass momentan nur die rote Linie fährt, die anderen beiden sind weggefallen. obendrein nur auf Abruf und als der Bus dann auf Bestellung nach 30 Minuten kam, hieß es nach 2 Stationen aussteigen, der Busfahrer hat 90 Minuten Pause. Die Leistungsbeschreibung liest sich ganz anders und es gab Null Informationen über den geänderten Ablauf, sonst hätten wir die Tickets storniert.Viel Geld, viel Stress, viel verlorene Zeit für keine Leistung.Obendrein fühlt sich der Veranstalter nicht für die Reklamation zuständig und verweist an GetYourGuude. Würde nie wieder dort buchen.

A atividade não foi realizada pois o fornecedor fechou a empresa, não fomos avisados. Já foi feito solicitação de reembolso O site precisa se atualizar quando acontecer casos similares pois o site não atualiza quando acontece mudanças no ingressos comprados
