The waterpark is amazing. One of the best I have seen. Reason for 1 star is the Day Pass you buy with this company is a scam. Hidden away on the small print is a condition that you can only get in the waterpark after 4pm despite it being advertised as a 'Day Pass' not evening. I contacted the e-chat support and had a message conversation with a lady who agreed it was misleading, wouldn't update access and only suggested that I pay on the door prices at the venue £320 . I was offered a partial refund. Misleading information on the app continues to catch a few more people out. Other people in the Q had the same issues.
